Terms of Service
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Level 1 Virtual Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Batra Kard ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using Batra Kard at kard.batra.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. The Service
Batra Kard is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that lets you create and share digital business cards. Each card has a unique public URL and can include your name, job title, contact details, photo, and links.
Your card can be shared via a direct link, QR code, or Apple Wallet pass. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
3. Account Registration
You may register with an email address and password, or via a supported social login provider (Google, GitHub, Microsoft, Apple). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Please give accurate information when you register. You may not create more than one account per person. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used to violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to do anything unlawful, harmful, or objectionable. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Impersonating another person or organisation
- Publishing false, defamatory, or misleading information
- Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Using the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Storing or distributing illegal content of any kind
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Scraping or harvesting data from the Service without our written permission
- Using the Service in any way that could damage or overload our infrastructure
We may remove content or suspend access without notice if we reasonably believe a breach has occurred.
5. Free and Pro Plans
5.1 Free Plan
The Free plan lets you create one digital business card. Cards on the Free plan display "Powered by Batra Kard" branding. There is no charge for the Free plan.
5.2 Pro Plan
The Pro plan lets you create up to five cards with no Batra Kard branding. It also includes analytics and lead-capture features. A monthly subscription fee applies (see Section 6).
6. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your card details.
6.1 Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same day you first subscribed. Payment is taken in advance for the coming month.
6.2 Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
6.3 Refunds
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months. We will consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
6.4 Price changes
If we change the subscription price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Your subscription will renew at the new price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Your content
You own all content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
7.2 Our platform
The Batra Kard platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Level 1 Virtual Solutions Ltd. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us during that period, or (b) £50.
The Service is provided "as is". We make no binding commitments about availability.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
